Friendship Peak Expedition 2026 | 5287m Himalayan Climb

Rising to an impressive 5,287 metres (17,353 feet), Friendship Peak is a stunning mountain in the Pir Panjal Range of Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district. Surrounded by prominent peaks such as Hanuman Tibba, Shitidhar, Indrasan, and Deo Tibba, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges.

The summit overlooks the beautiful Beas Kund basin, adding to the dramatic landscape and making the climb a memorable Himalayan experience.

While Friendship Peak does not require prior mountaineering experience, the ascent is steep and involves the use of crampons on certain sections. A good level of physical fitness, endurance, and preparation is therefore essential for a safe and rewarding summit experience.
