Gulabi Kantha trek, is an easy-to-moderate trek located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, ideal for beginners. Starting from Hanuman Chatti, the 5-day, 24 km trek takes you through dense forests, Garhwali villages, and vast alpine meadows, or bugyals, which bloom with pink and purple wildflowers in the postmonsoon season. The trail offers panoramic views of Himalayan peaks like Bandarpunch, Swargarohini, and Kedarkantha.

The Gulabi Kantha Trek is perfect for beginners, it strikes the balance between challenging without being too hard or intimidating. The beautiful mountain trails leads through the lush forests into the wide snow covered meadows in winter stretched out as far as the eye can see. These trails are not hard on the feet and for the most part of the year are accessible and safe. It will take you 4 to 5 days to complete the trek with ease.
