Mt. Mentok Kangri II (6250 m) : HIGH ALTITUDE CLIMBING EXPEDITION

Known for its stunningly irresistible bird-eye views and photography opportunities, Mentok Kangri is favoured by adventurers and photographers alike. This semi-technical peak offers unmatched beauty and a perfect mix of altitude and technical challenge.

Mentok Kangri lies 220 km southeast of Leh, nestled between the twin lakes of Tsokar and Tsomoriri. The entire valley is part of the Tibetan plateau, home to the indigenous Changpas who rear yaks, sheep, and goats.

The base camp sits at 5500m, significantly higher than most Ladakh treks, making the expedition challenging yet rewarding.

The group strength is targeted at 10 members (min of 7) and selection of team members is left to the discretion of the team lead. Participation is based on certifications, previous experience and fitness level.
